Andrew Morgan
Animation Director

Andrew has been an animator for over 16 years covering all aspects of the animation and motion graphics pipeline. From feature quality storyboarding and character design to post-production, compositing and audio editing. Having worked at many of the big agencies and across a number of award winning projects, Andrew is accustomed to taking complex and nuanced information and turning it into easily digested and memorable information films. When not at his desk, he likes being involved in cutting edge visual experimentation, he produces and art directs live performance visuals for top lighting designers and many bands for their global stadium tours including, Jean-Michel Jarre, Placebo, The Pet Shop Boys, Faithless and Eros Ramazotti across many weird surfaces, robotic screens and projection maps.

Rajet Gamhiouen
Head of Marketing and New Business

Chief noise maker at Commotion, Rajet is former manager at the Fashion and Textile Museum with over a decade of managing marketing, events and communications activities in the creative industries. Rajet thrives in a fast paced environment and particularly loves managing digital marketing strategies, launching rebrands and mixing things up with innovative disruptive integrated marketing campaigns. Rajet has a strong entrepreneurial streak - she successfully launched and sold her own events business as well as launching an online shop that won an innovation business award. Passions include: fashion, singing/ songwriting and travelling, in particular, island hopping in Southeast Asia.

Craig Gunn
Head of Photography

Craig has been a photography editor and director for 16 years. He has cut his teeth with paparazzi on the red carpets of film premiers and shaped the fashion, lifestyle, and celebrity pages in the Daily Mail newspaper for a decade. His vast experience in studio work, finding exciting new talent in the field of photography and educating businesses in the planning and creative aspects of photo shoots make him an in-demand producer. Outside of the picture desk he enjoys DJ’ing electronic music, attending festivals, long distance running, designer chairs and property interiors.

Rhian Harries
Creative Director

Experienced at managing creative teams and projects to create amazing and successful campaigns for brands including Guinness World Records, Red Bull, Alpro, Virgin and many more. Creative and rambunctious, Rhian loves people and believes getting the best out of them makes for incredible content with great clients. At work she can typically be found scoping out strategies, budgets and working with the creative team to bring to life the next production adventure. Outside of work, Rhian’s focus is fitness with a penchant for weight training and boxing.

Amanda Poole-Connor
Managing Director

Amanda has spent 20 years dedicated to crafting stories and communicating with audiences, first in front of camera as an actor, then moving into Production and on to her current role as MD of Commotion. Her wide range of creative experience and unique sense of adventure has led to the formation of an agency with a difference. Bringing together hugely talented groups of people who are more than the sum of their parts gives her almost as much joy as her two children. Passions include snowboarding, cookery, travelling and Chablis.

Lucy Vince

After a background in Multimedia Journalism, Lucy stepped into the big glossy (and not so glossy) world of TV. Producing lifestyle video for every digital platform, she is experienced in optimising content and edits for specific outlets. Her passion for online media ensures branded content always resonates with social audiences. After working for a food channel for 4 years, she is inherently food obsessed and equally addicted to travelling. If you can’t find her searching for her next snack, she’ll be looking for London’s best G&T or playing piano.
